Cory’s Story

Me and my childhood dog, Chip.

Growing up with a father who was a veterinarian, animals were always a part of my life. With a natural affinity for both animals and people, I eventually found my way into the veterinary industry.

After more than a decade working in animal hospitals, I met countless families and saw firsthand how deep the bond with a pet truly is.

The loss of a beloved pet can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming. Grief looks different for everyone, and people find comfort in different ways. For some, keeping a small part of that connection close can bring a quiet sense of peace.

Drawn to both art and helping others, I became interested in creating glass memorial beads. I set up my own studio and carefully taught myself the craft, focusing on pieces that feel personal and comforting.

In early 2020, I launched Forever Pet Beads. Today, I create each memorial one at a time, helping families honor their pets in a gentle and meaningful way.

I live in Arvada, Colorado with my dog, Cedar.
